Defendant of Love
Teaser Harit Rangsiman is a handsome and wealthy pearl farms owner in southern Thailand. After his only brother, Harin, kills himself, Harit is devastated. Going through his brother's belongings, Harit finds Harin's diary where the young man states he can longer live because his girlfriend Sansanee has broken up with him. Harit is furious and decides to take revenge on Sansanee. Using a picture he found in Harin's diary, Harit kidnaps "Sansanee" to lock up her on his island but what he does not know is that he got the wrong girl. Instead of kidnapping Sansanee, he has kidnapped Sansanee's cousin, Soraya. Despite Soraya's attempts to explain she is not Sansanee, Harit does not believe her and makes her a labor-slave on his island to punish her for Harin's death.
Soraya tries to escape but she does not know how to swim and she is being watched by Harit's mute servant, Bai. Remembering that Sansanee saved her from drowning when she was a child and grateful to Sansanee's parents to have raised her, Soraya decides to accept Harit's punishement to protect and repay her cousin.
While Soraya is being tormented by Harit on his private island, Sansanee who is selfish and self-centered, tries to make her moves on Tawashai, a rich business man.
Back on the island Harit starts developing feelings for Soraya, but they are mixed with anger and hatred as he believes her to be Sansanee. After a heated argument between the two, Harit takes advantage of Soraya. The latter is devastated. A few days later, Harit meets the real Sansanee and is very remorseful about what he did to Soraya. He tells her how deeply sorry he is but Soraya no longer wants to hear him. She just wants to go home and never see him or his island ever again. Harit is deeply hurt by her indifference towards him and agrees to let her leave, but his heart can't let her go...
